<h2>Acceptance of Terms</h2>
<p>By accessing or using shopslabbit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, whether or not you create an account. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.</p>

<h2>Your Collector Account</h2>
<p>To access account features (want lists, order history, display name), you must create a customer account through Shopify. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.</p>

<h2>Purchases and Payment</h2>
<p>All purchases are processed through Shopify's hosted checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize Shopify to charge your selected payment method. We are not responsible for errors in Shopify's payment processing system. Payment disputes should be initiated through your payment provider or through Shopify's resolution process.</p>

<h2>Returns and Refunds</h2>
<p>All sales are final except in limited not-as-described (NAD) cases for items from our personal collection. Consigned items are strictly all sales final with no exceptions. Return requests must be made within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback — in most cases we can reach a resolution quickly.</p>

<h2>Collectibles Disclaimer</h2>
<p>Grades and condition assessments on our listings reflect the opinion of the named third-party grading service (PSA, BGS/Beckett, SGC, TAG, CGC, or similar). We make no additional warranty as to the accuracy or authenticity of grades assigned by those services.</p>
<p>Raw (ungraded) items are described to the best of our ability. Condition descriptions reflect our honest assessment, but collectibles are subjective — if you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.</p>
<p>All sales of graded items include the item in its original slab or case as listed. Slabs are not opened after grading.</p>

<h2>Intellectual Property</h2>
<p>All site content — including text, images, brand assets, design elements, and code — is the property of Slabb It Collectibles or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without prior written permission.</p>

<h2>Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slabb It Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.</p>

<h2>Governing Law</h2>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.</p>
