Shipping policy

<h2>Carriers and Handling Time</h2>
<p>We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — the carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and value of the order. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment clears. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.</p>

<h2>Tracking</h2>
<p>All standard shipments include tracking. Some lower-priced raw items may ship via USPS without tracking — these listings will be clearly noted at the time of purchase. If tracking is important to you on a specific item, contact us before ordering and we can confirm.</p>

<h2>Insurance and Signature Confirmation</h2>
<p>All shipments carry standard carrier insurance as part of the base service tier. For higher-value items, the curator may add additional declared value insurance and/or require signature confirmation at delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after confirmed delivery.</p>

<h2>Free Shipping</h2>
<p>Select items are eligible for free shipping — this will be noted in the individual listing. Free shipping eligibility is per item, not based on order total.</p>

<h2>Domestic Shipping Only</h2>
<p>We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside the US and interested in a specific item, contact us — we may be able to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.</p>

<h2>Packaging</h2>
<p>Every order is packed to protect the item during transit. Graded slabs are wrapped and boxed with extra cushioning. Raw items are secured to prevent movement. If your item arrives with damage you believe was caused by carrier mishandling, contact us immediately with photos before opening the package.</p>
